Elena Ceridono has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Elena started their career as an Operations Manager at SunFlour Bakery, where they were responsible for the daily operation of both the retail and wholesale bakery operations. Elena implemented systems that led to consistent sales growth.

Following this, Elena operated their own bakery café called e.b.'s Eats on the island of Kauai. Elena handled all aspects of the business, including staffing, quality control, customer service, menu development, and financial profitability.

Elena then joined Blockbuster as a District Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail stores in the Los Angeles area. Elena'sresponsibilities included hiring and developing store managers, driving sales performance, and ensuring execution and follow-up.

After their time at Blockbuster, Elena joined Peet's Coffee as a District Manager, where they improved sales performance and profitability in multiple districts. Elena developed and recruited talent, particularly during the company's East Coast expansion. Later, they became a Regional Director, responsible for the financial performance of retail stores in Southern California, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. Elena provided leadership and direction to achieve budget results and operating plan goals.

Elena then transitioned to CAVA, where they served in various roles. As a Regional Leader, they successfully opened markets in Orange County, San Diego, Austin, Dallas, and tripled the size of the Los Angeles market. Elena identified and developed talent to support growth at both the restaurant and multi-unit level. Additionally, Elena was the Director of Conversions, where they executed the operations strategy to convert restaurants from Zoes Kitchens to CAVA's standards. Elena also played a key role in developing a restaurant opening playbook and training teams.

At CAVA, Elena became the Vice President of Ops Excellence & Restaurant Openings, leading the field operations and collaborating with departments to open restaurants on time and on budget. Elena developed budgets and sales projections for new restaurant openings.

Most recently, Elena Ceridono worked at Tacodeli as a Vice President of Operations and Chief Operations Officer. Elena was responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, leading various teams, and creating a career path for internal talent. Elena implemented strategies to improve operational quality, efficiency, and profitability. Elena also introduced new digital tools to enhance restaurant operations.
