John Dean

John Dean is currently the Head of HR and Business Support at GB Railfreight since April 2009. Prior to this, John held the position of Head of Personnel at First GBRf from June 2007 to April 2009. John also has experience as an HR Case Manager at BAA from August 2006 to June 2007 and as a Business Support Manager at Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd from January 2000 to August 2006. John holds degrees in CIPD HR/Personnel and DMS from Anglia Ruskin University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biology/Food Science from Oxford Brookes University. John has three direct reports and six indirect reports in their current role.
