Sean Baxter

Sean Baxter is a Senior Transportation Engineer at GBA (George Butler Associates) since May 2013, with expertise in roadway design, bridge design, and bridge inspection projects. Prior experience includes a role as a Bridge Engineer-in-Training at Schlagel & Associates, P.A. in 2012, and as a Land Surveyor with Black & Veatch from May 2010 to May 2011. Sean Baxter holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas - School of Engineering and in Business Administration and Management from The University of Kansas School of Business, both obtained between 2011 and 2015.
