Racheal Connor has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Racheal began their career at GCI Com as a PA to the Group CFO in 2009. In 2013, they moved to Parkdean Resorts as an Executive Assistant to the HR Director. In 2018, they were a Brand Development Manager at LaVostra. In 2019, they were a PA to the Chief Executive at Durham County Council. In 2020, they joined The Morton Group Ltd as an Executive Assistant. Currently, they are an Executive Assistant Office Manager at GB Bank.

Racheal Connor attended Lincoln College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business. Racheal also completed an ECDL Level 2 course at Lincoln College in 2012. Racheal attended St Leonards from 1991 to 1996.
