Basant K. Tripathi

Basant K. Tripathi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Strategic HR Business Partner (Director HR) at AVEVA since July 2015, Basant supports the Global Executive Leadership Team in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a robust employee experience. Basant has also held key roles including Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Engagement at AVEVA, mentoring within the University of Cambridge's Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and HR leadership positions at Schneider Electric, Nokia, Huawei Technologies, and Reliance Industries. Basant’s educational background includes degrees in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, Sociology from Banaras Hindu University, Law from Doctor Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, and Management with a focus on Human Resources from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
