Erick Urriola

Erick Urriola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and systems management. Currently serving as a Regional Managed Services Architect at GBM as a Service since July 2016, Erick specializes in designing critical infrastructure solutions using IBM and Lenovo products to meet client needs. Prior to this role, Erick was a Systems Engineer for Central America & Caribbean at NetApp, where responsibilities included solution design and demand generation. Earlier career positions include Assistant Manager of IT at BANCO GENERAL and Server and Database Administrator at Banistmo, where Erick managed IT budgets and server administration, respectively. Additionally, Erick has served as an Assistant Professor at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management and multiple postgraduate degrees from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá and Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá.
