Lauren Seibert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Strategy at GBSM since August 2022, Lauren oversees key HR functions and develops comprehensive people strategies that enhance talent acquisition, performance management, and employee retention. As a People and Culture Consultant for Whisk Optional LLC since January 2019, Lauren advises leadership teams on cultural alignment and develops training programs for managers. Past roles include Interim Director of Operations at Seattle Coffee Works, Business Development Consultant at Crews & co., and HR Business Partner at Edible Beats. Lauren's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a Diplôme de Pâtisserie from FERRANDI Paris.
