Jeffrey Pape

Jeffrey Pape serves as the Managing Director at GBT Realty since December 2011, leading the shopping center division in all aspects of development for this prominent retail development company. Prior to this role, Jeffrey Pape was the President of D & A Development & Consulting, Inc., where responsibilities included project development and management from November 2009 to December 2011. Between July 2007 and November 2009, Jeffrey Pape held the position of Vice President of Investments at Regency Centers, focusing on new development projects in the Southeast region. Jeffrey Pape also served as Vice President of Development at North American Properties from February 2001 to July 2007, overseeing all elements of ground-up retail shopping center development. Jeffrey Pape earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University from 1988 to 1992.
