John O'Neill

John O'Neill is the Senior Asset Manager at GBX Group. John has over fifteen years of experience in the field of asset management. Prior to joining GBX Group, they worked as an Asset Manager at Hunt Military Communities and Forest City Enterprises. John has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.

John O'Neill has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in both Accounting and Finance from The University of Toledo.

John O'Neill reports to Brian Cappelli, VP, Asset Management. John O'Neill works with Bill Mohr - Director, Facilities, Erin Oddis - Asset Management Coordinator, and Staci Frammartino - Asset Manager.
