Fredrik Harloff has a diverse education history. Fredrik earned a Master of Technology Management degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2013 to 2014. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Technology Management degree in Business Administration and Management, Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

In 1990 to 1991, Fredrik attended the University of Bergen (UiB) and studied Comparative Politics. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1990, they obtained a B.Sc. Hons (Siv. ing) degree in Computation from The University of Manchester. Fredrik'searliest education was at Langhaugen videregående, where they completed their secondary education from 1983 to 1986.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Fredrik has acquired several certifications. In 2019, they completed the Design Thinking Bootcamp at StartupLab. In 2016, they participated in THE ART & CRAFT OF DESIGNING & FACILITATING LEARNING SPACES MASTERCLASS offered by KAOSPILOT. Furthermore, in 2011, they obtained the Scrum Certified Product Manager certification from Scrum Alliance.
