Brad Batig

As Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel, Brad is responsible for ensuring all employees are in adherence with internal procedures and policies, investigating and responding to consumer complaints, and overseeing and managing the Company’s legal matters and lawsuits. Brad has progressed through several roles at GC Services, including Legal Counsel, Legal Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer and was promoted to his current role as Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel.
