Joshua Shale is an experienced professional specializing in operational leadership and strategic marketing, currently serving as a Fractional Integrator at GCE Strategic Consulting since April 2021 and as Managing Partner at Part Time COO since December 2020. Previously, Joshua co-founded Speedeon Data LLC, acting as Chief Operating Officer from February 2010 to March 2021, where innovative database marketing strategies were developed for various brands. Joshua's extensive background includes significant roles at VoltDelta, ExpenseWatch.com, knoa, Alumnipride.com, and Digisoft, focusing on marketing, product development, and business growth.
