Evan Dean

Evan Dean currently serves as the Strategic Alliance Director at Growth Catalyst Group of Companies, starting in July 2025, after holding the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO at ADVATIX from September 2023 to July 2025. Previously, Evan worked at Pepperdine University in various roles, including Business Services Associate and Strategic Administrative Specialist, focusing on enhancing campus services and safety initiatives. Additionally, Evan has entrepreneurial experience as a Business Owner and Advisor for a stealth startup, as well as extensive project management and consultancy expertise gained through positions at Production Resource Group and ADVATIX. Evan holds an MBA in Leadership & Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Pepperdine University.
