Melissa Valadez has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at GCI General Communication, Inc. since April 2015, Melissa previously held the position of Accounts Clerk/PPA, Admin Generalist III at the University of Alaska Fairbanks from January 2011 to April 2015, where responsibilities included serving as a procurement officer and travel clerk, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and university policies. Earlier in career, Melissa managed a SUPERCUTS franchise in Escondido, CA, from June 1999 to September 2001, overseeing store operations and customer satisfaction, and also worked as a Shift Manager, assisting with daily operations.
