Shauna Zollner has extensive experience in engineering and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering & Architecture at GCI Communication Corp since May 2008, where a focus on automation and optimization has led to cost savings and enhanced customer satisfaction. Previous roles at GCI include Solutions Engineer, Network Operations Engineer, Manager of Engineering and Operations, Network Admin-Engineer, Network Analyst, and Translations Specialist, demonstrating a strong background in network optimization and team leadership. Shauna also serves on the Board of Directors for YWCA Alaska, participating in advocacy and resource development efforts.
