Jason Bondurant, PE, RRC, is a senior consultant and engineer employed with GCI since 2013. He has experience with hundreds of projects all over the country including both new construction consulting and forensic analysis of existing buildings. As a consultant, he leads forensic investigations, develops specifications, provides construction management services, provides repair or replacement analysis, performs quality assurance inspections, and provides expert witness testimony. He is a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) with the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC). He specializes in roof systems, waterproofing systems, water leak investigations, and wind damage investigations.
