Clement Chamboko

Clement Chamboko is an experienced banker with 20 years of experience in Corporate Investment Banking, Business Banking, and Retail Banking. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Business Development Africa at GCR Ratings since November 2024, Clement has held key positions including Head of Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank One Limited and Country Head at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated in South Africa, where also led regional coverage for the Southern African Development Community. Clement's extensive background includes senior roles at HSBC, Absa, Barclays Bank, Commerzbank AG, and Nedbank.
