Gabe Oliver

Gabe Oliver is a Partner & Senior Vice President at GCS-SIGAL. Prior to this role, they worked as a Project Manager at GCS Inc. with a focus on historic modernization construction projects in Washington, D.C. Before their work at GCS, they were a Visiting Instructor at Virginia Tech and part of the lumenHAUS Architecture/Build Team. With a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University, Gabe has a strong background in both architecture and engineering. Throughout their career, they have successfully managed construction projects in various sectors including commercial, healthcare, retail, and office, earning a reputation for delivering quality work.
