Brigham Mirabelli has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Brigham began their career in 1997 as a Computer Technician at Computer Counseling Service, where they were responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing hardware and software issues. In 1998, they moved to Sterling Savings Bank to become an Item Processing Imaging Equipment Operator, where they designed accountability procedures to ensure check batches could be traced back to the operator in the event of incorrect processing. In 1999, they became the President of Miracomp, providing support for small business and personal computer systems, building and maintaining computers for clients, and providing Windows operating system and software support and troubleshooting for end users.

In 2002, they joined Inclusion North as a Supervisor, providing 24/7 on-call medical and staff support, scheduling employee shifts for five sites, and correcting deficiencies in employee files and training gaps. In 2004, they moved to Metal Rollforming Systems as an Industrial Automation Technician, traveling over the US and Canada for troubleshooting and new equipment setup, building and installing electrical controls for equipment, and working with Automation Direct and Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers, Variable Frequency Drives, and Touch Screens.

In 2012, they returned to Metal Rollforming Systems as a Control Engineer, traveling over the US and Canada for troubleshooting and new equipment setup, building and installing electrical controls for equipment, and working with Automation Direct and Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers, Variable Frequency Drives, and Touch Screens. In 2014, they joined GCSIT as a Sales Engineer Manager/Solutions Architect, where they delivered architecture and post-sales deployment of DellEMC compute and storage, VMware, AWS Hybrid Cloud and AWS cloud native solutions. Brigham also engineered custom solutions ranging from small companies to businesses employing thousands of users, and surpassed utilization goals with over 70% of their yearly time spent on client or internal projects. Brigham also held the roles of Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, and Systems Engineer at GCSIT.

Brigham Mirabelli has a comprehensive education history. Brigham obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Seattle Central College in 2013. Brigham then obtained an A+, Project+, Security+ CE certification from CompTIA in 2014, followed by a MCP: Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in June 2014. In 2015, they obtained a CVSA CommVault Solution Architect certification from CommVault and a CCNA Routing and Switching 200-101 ICND2 certification from Cisco. In the same year, they also obtained a VCP VMware Certified Professional 5 – Data Center Virtualization VCP5-DCV VCP550 certification from VMware. In 2016, they obtained a MCSA Windows Server 2012 certification from Microsoft and a VCP VMware Certified Professional 6 – Desktop and Mobility VCP6-DTM certification from VMware. In the same year, they also obtained a Veeam Availability Suite v9. VMTSP certification from Veeam Software and a Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) certification from Veeam Software. In 2017, they obtained a VMware vSAN 2017 Specialist certification from VMware. In 2018, they obtained a VMware Certified Implementation Expert 6.5 – Data Center Virtualization – VCIX6.5-DCV certification from VMware and a VMware Certified Advanced Professional 6.5 – Data Center Virtualization Design VCAP-DCD certification from VMware. Brigham also obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University in 2016. In 2019, they obtained a Master Specialist - VMware Cloud on AWS 2019 certification from VMware. In 2021, they obtained a Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate SAA-C01 certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In the same year, they also obtained an AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
