Heidi Dexheimer

Heidi Dexheimer is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the water infrastructure and utilities sector. Currently serving as Principal at GCW, Inc. since October 2020, Heidi previously held positions including Infrastructure Planning Manager - Utilities for the City of Henderson and Water Infrastructure roles at Atkins. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Vice President at G.C. Wallace, Inc., Water Resources Manager at Slater Hanifan Group, and Senior Civil Engineer at Southern Nevada Water Authority, where supervision of Permitting and Land Acquisition Services was a key responsibility. Early career contributions included civil engineering work at Las Vegas Valley Water District. Heidi earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California between 1991 and 1995.
