Robert Flaxa

Robert Flaxa is an accomplished professional with over 24 years of experience in acquisition, project assessment, land planning, value engineering, and complete development. Currently serving as SW Regional VP of Development at American Homes 4 Rent since November 2021, Robert previously held the position of Director of Community Development at Lennar from September 2012 to October 2021, where responsibilities included project inception and collaboration with the Acquisition team. Prior to Lennar, Robert served as President/CEO of Resource Transition Consultants, Vice President of Land Acquisitions & Forward Planning at Ryland Homes, Project Manager at KB Home, and Project Manager at G. C. Wallace, Inc. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, as well as an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of Southern Nevada.
