Karen Ng has been with GCX Corporation since March 2010, where Karen currently holds the title of General Manager. Prior to that, Karen worked at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communication as a Global Customer Service Manager. Before that, Karen was a Project Manager at TOA E & I Singapore Pte Ltd. Karen has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Wales. Throughout their career, Karen has focused on product development, market analysis, and managing various aspects of customer service and operations.
