Gary Wong

Gary Wong has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Gary is currently serving as the CFO & Operating Partner at Global From Day One (GD1) Fund since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Jacobsen Holdings from March 2020 to February 2021. Gary also served as the Chief Financial Officer at ParkHelp Technologies from August 2018 to February 2020. Gary has worked in various finance positions at renowned companies such as Apple, PowerbyProxi, Fusion Electronics Limited, UK VOD LLP, and BAA plc. Their roles encompassed financial control, business partnership, and strategic decision-making.

Gary Wong completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from The University of Auckland in 1995. Gary then pursued further education and became a Chartered Accountant from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 1999.
