Adoración Arnaldos Gonzálvez

Adoración Arnaldos Gonzálvez has been working in the field of innovation and technology for over 10 years. Adoración started their career at Titania Servicios Tecnológicos, a spin-off of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, where they worked as the Technical Manager. In this role, they were responsible for promoting the creation of Titania, participation in the foundation process of the company, working on the business plan and on the technology transfer agreements with the University.

After 10 years at Titania, Adoración moved to GDES | Grupo Dominguis Energy Services, where they are currently the Director of Innovation & Technology. In this role, they are responsible for resourcing for national and international funds for R&D projects, as well as overseeing the company's technology transfer procedures and agreements with R&D partners.

Adoración Arnaldos Gonzálvez is an Industrial Engineer with a specialty in Environmental and Nuclear Safety from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Adoración also has a degree in Business Administration from the Escuela de Negocios Luis Vives. Cámara de Comercio Valencia and a Master's in Diagnostic and Technological Management in the Enterprise from the EOI-Escuela de Organización Industrial. In addition, they have completed an executive course for women in high-level positions in business from Esade.

They work with Cristóbal Paus Moscardó - Director, Organization, Talent Management & Legal Advice, Eduardo Castelló Cobos - Director, IT, and Nelia Martínez Peral - Tender Support Director. Their manager is Héctor Dominguis, CEO.
