Mark Ferguson is an experienced Training Specialist currently with GDI Integrated Facility Services since January 2022. Prior to this role, Mark spent over 13 years at Bell, first serving as a Sales Agent and then progressing to a Loyalty and Retention Consultant, and subsequently as a Network Provisioning Specialist - Training. In this capacity, Mark was part of an engineering group focused on managing projects related to Bell's copper and fibre networks and was responsible for relationship management and training implementation. Mark holds various certifications from the University of Toronto, the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, and other institutions, including a recent Certificate in Learning Design from the University of Toronto, completed in October 2023.
