Matt Treadgold

Matt Treadgold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and business development, primarily in the areas of homeland security, emergency management, and federal law enforcement. At General Dynamics Information Technology since March 2019, Matt currently serves as Sr. Program Director overseeing cyber, law enforcement, and citizenship programs, as well as DHS CISA and FEMA accounts. Prior roles include leading strategy and business development efforts at Eagle Hill Consulting, where Matt managed key DHS accounts, and positions at the U.S. Department of State focused on political engagement and stability operations. Early career experiences include consulting at BAE Systems and analyzing nonproliferation issues at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with a focus on Conflict and Security Studies from The George Washington University.
