Megan Thomas-Ruotolo is an accomplished leader in talent development and organizational learning, currently serving as Vice President at General Dynamics Information Technology since July 2019. With a robust background that includes roles such as Vice President at Pinnacle Entertainment and Director of Organizational Leadership and Learning at Caesars Entertainment, Megan has consistently driven talent assessment, succession planning, and professional skills development across large organizations.
