Deny Rozalia

Deny Rozalia has a variety of work experience in human resources, spanning multiple companies and positions. They most recently served as the Head of HR at GDP Venture since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of VP HR at GDP Labs starting in December 2015. From July 2014 to August 2021, Deny worked as the VP HR at KASKUS. They also served as the Head of HR at Garasi.id - a KASKUS Company from August 2017 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, Deny worked as an HR Business Partner at Mondelēz International from May 2013 to June 2014 and as an HR Manager at Bukit Muria Jaya from June 2007 to April 2013. Before that, they held the role of Assistant Manager HR at PT Technopia Jakarta from 2005 to 2007 and HR & GS Manager at Global Doctor from 2001 to 2005.

Deny Rozalia obtained a Magister Management degree in Human Resources from the University of Indonesia, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Deny also holds various certifications, including attending the HR Tech Conference in the US in 2018, the ATD Conference in the US, and the Coaching Skill program offered by the Association for Talent Development. Additionally, they completed the HR Executive Program at the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education in 2009 and participated in the Silicon Valley Executive HR Delegation Program organized by SHRM in 2017.
