James Lee

James is responsible for the Company’s finance and accounting functions across all global entities. James has 20+ years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, private equity secondaries, and operations. He was previously COO of Ser Technology, acquired by GDS Link in 2021, and has held senior-level positions in investment banking and consulting.

James believes in creating a culture conducive to balance and performance. He approaches business strategically relying on logic and practicality.

James is a graduate of the University of Texas with the highest honors.
