Hoa Le van Lessen currently serves as Referentin Digitalisierung at GDV Gesamtverband der Deutschen Versicherungswirtschaft e.V. since May 2025. Previously, Hoa held multiple roles at BIG PICTURE GmbH from December 2017 to May 2025, including Senior-Partnerin, Lead CX & Strategy, Lead UX Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Content Consultant. From November 2014 to February 2017, Hoa was Projektleiterin for the AGORA project at Symposium Magdeburg e.V. and held the position of Ressortleitung Marketing & PR at Publiplikator GmbH during an internship from April 2014 to January 2015, as well as at DIE INSEL from October 2011 to July 2013. Hoa earned a Master of Arts in Bildungswissenschaften with a focus on Cultural Engineering from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg in 2018 and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Engineering from the same university in 2015, along with international experience from Université du Havre in 2013-2014.
