Christian Meisner

Christian Meisner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Christian is currently serving as the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Kaiser Permanente since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at United Technologies as the Corporate Vice President, Talent & Integration from October 2019 to April 2020. Meisner also held the position of VP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Otis Elevator Company from November 2015 to October 2019. Christian gained experience as the Vice President, Human Resources at Sikorsky Aircraft from January 2012 to November 2015. Meisner previously worked at United Technologies as the Head of Global Talent from November 2007 to January 2012. Christian also served in various leadership roles at Carrier Corporation, including as VP, HR - Building Systems & Services, HR Director - Asia Pacific, and HR Director - Global Operations. Before that, they worked as the HR Director - Chicago Tribune at the Tribune Company. Meisner began their career at Ford Motor Company as a Labor Relations Manager at the Chicago Assembly Plant.

Christian Meisner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Villanova University in 1991. Following this, they pursued a Masters degree in Labor & Industrial Relations at Michigan State University, which they completed in 1993.
