Colleen Lynch

Colleen Lynch, MS, serves as the Engineering Communications Leader at GE Aerospace, where Colleen leads a global team to craft narratives that highlight advancements in aerospace engineering for a workforce of over 45,000 employees. Prior to this role, Colleen was the Internal Communications Lead at Deloitte, focusing on brand affinity for the Sustainability, Climate & Equity strategic growth offering. Colleen's extensive experience also includes senior management positions at Pratt & Whitney, driving content development for workforce transformation and managing strategic communications related to recruitment and diversity initiatives. Colleen has held key roles in corporate communications at Magellan Health and ESPN, developing internal communication strategies and managing media relations. Colleen earned a Master of Science degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Political Science from St. John Fisher University.
