Cynthia McCaskill

Cynthia McCaskill is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in intellectual property (IP) law. Currently serving as Deputy Chief IP Counsel and Leader of IP Asset Development at GE Aerospace since November 2019, Cynthia leads a team to protect innovations in aviation technology. Prior to this role, Cynthia was the Managing Member and founding partner of Parks IP Law LLC, providing strategic IP counsel to Global 500 and Fortune 500 clients. Cynthia's diverse career includes secondments at GE and The Coca-Cola Company, patent attorney roles at Cingular Wireless, and earlier positions at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. Educationally, Cynthia holds an Executive M.B.A. from Emory University, a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
