Deirdre L. Tully

Deirdre L. Tully currently serves as the Global Talent Leader for Defense & Systems at GE Aerospace, a role initiated in January 2024, where engagement with the CEO and CHRO focuses on establishing a modern talent operating system for a significant global business. Prior to this, Deirdre held the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruiting at GE, overseeing the transformation of the Corporate Talent Acquisition function during a major corporate restructuring. Deirdre's previous experience includes leadership roles at AXA XL, Johnson & Johnson, and The Hartford, where initiatives ranged from developing diversity strategies to enhancing executive recruiting functions. Deirdre's foundational career also includes a vice president role in executive search at Highland Partners. Educational qualifications include a BA in History & English from Centre College, supplemented by further studies at New York University.
