Derek Weaver

Derek Weaver serves as a Senior Director of Air & Space Programs in Government Affairs and Policy at GE Aerospace, where responsibilities include developing relationships with aerospace leaders and managing USAF platform life cycle operations. With extensive experience in the United States Air Force, including roles as Plant Executive and Chief of Logistics, Derek has led teams in maintenance, logistics, and program management for military aircraft. Prior positions include Executive Director of Operations and Logistics at Leo Launcher Logistics and Adjunct Professor at Hallmark University, highlighting a diverse background in aviation, logistics, and education. Derek holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership, Development, Strategy, and Innovation at Capella University.
