Germaine Hunter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career at Procter & Gamble in 2004, where they held roles as a Sr. Category Account Executive and Sr. Account Executive in the healthcare and fem care sectors. In 2009, they moved to The Clorox Company, where they initially served as a Team Leader in Sales Planning and later became the Director of Sales Planning, responsible for national trade and sales strategy for several brands. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Vice President - Global Inclusion & Diversity at The Clorox Company. In 2021, they joined Marathon Petroleum Corporation as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion & Head of Talent Acquisition. Currently, Germaine serves as the Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at GE Aerospace since 2023.

Germaine Hunter has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Chicago and a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. In addition, Germaine has obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2022.
