Ivana Bartošová has over 15 years of work experience in the IT industry. Ivana began their career as an ERP Consultant at Karat Software in 2005 before moving on to work as a Business Consultant at Sybase from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Cleverlance as a Functional Consultant. In 2009, they started working at Accenture, where they held various roles, including Leading Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst - Requirement Engineer. Ivana then joined GE Aviation in 2013 as an IT Application Lead and later became the Director of Technical Product Management, where they led support and development for various GE Aviation Supply Chain and Unison businesses. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Digital Operations at GE Aviation, where they were responsible for driving the execution of multi-discipline product and support services. Throughout their career, Ivana has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, as well as implementing Agile methodologies and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Ivana Bartošová obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava in the years 1999 to 2002. Ivana later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Business School Ostrava from 2002 to 2005. Prior to these degrees, Ivana attended Business School Cesky Tesin from 1994 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, they received a Product Owner - Agile methodology certification and a Scrum Master Certification - Agile methodology from GlobalKnowledge PH Inc in 2016. Ivana also completed the MGE - Management in GE program by GE Aviation in 2015 and participated in the RISE - GE leadership program for one year starting in April 2014. Ivana obtained a Project Management certification in 2013, and in 2012, Ivana received a First Certificate in English (FCE) - ESOL examination.
