Jess Moore

Jess Moore is an experienced leader in government relations and international security, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Government Relations at GE Aerospace since February 2022. Previously, Jess held the position of Director of International Security Cooperation at Textron from February 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, a significant tenure at the U.S. Department of State included roles as Deputy Assistant Secretary of House Affairs and Director of House Affairs from July 2018 to February 2021. Jess's extensive experience in legislative positions includes over a decade at the U.S. House of Representatives, serving in various capacities from Chief of Staff to Legislative Correspondent. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communication from Virginia Tech, earned in 2007.
