Julie Grzeda

Julie Grzeda is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent management and human resources within GE and its subsidiaries. Currently serving as the Global Executive for Early Career Talent Development at GE Aerospace since October 2021, Grzeda previously held multiple leadership roles at GE, including Executive Director of Early Career Talent Development, where efforts focused on revitalizing leadership development programs for new talent. With a foundational career beginning in GE Plastics, Grzeda has consistently contributed to strategic HR initiatives, workforce integration during acquisitions, and enhancing technology talent across the organization. Julie Grzeda holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
