Mark Griffiths

Mark Griffiths serves as the Global Training Leader for On Wing Support at GE Aerospace, where responsibilities include standardizing training strategies across a global MRO network and deploying comprehensive training plans for aircraft engine maintenance. With extensive experience in engineering roles such as Principal Engineer for the GE9X and Senior Strategic Power Plant Engineer for the GE90/GP7000, Mark has focused on improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior to GE Aerospace, Mark held managerial positions at GE Power & Water and worked in various engineering capacities at GE Aircraft Engine Services, beginning as an Apprentice Fitter at British Airways Engine Overhaul Limited. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swansea University.
