Matt Kress

Vice President And General Manager, Supply Chain, GE Aviation Systems at GE Aerospace

Matt Kress has over 30 years of work experience at GE Aviation. Matt has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Vice President and General Manager of Supply Chain for GE Aviation Systems, where they were responsible for leading all supply chain activities for a $2B aerospace business. Matt also served as Vice President and General Manager of Military Systems Services, overseeing military aftermarket spare parts sales and maintenance support service contracts. Prior to these roles, they were a Regional Operations Executive, leading manufacturing activities for multiple GE Aviation facilities. In addition, Matt Kress has also served as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Chief Information Officer of Supply Chain, and held various other IT and engineering positions at GE Aviation.

Matt Kress received their Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from Michigan State University, where they attended from 1984 to 1988.
