Prawal Jain

Prawal Jain is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in mechanical analysis and engineering solutions, currently serving as the Lead Engineer - Mechanical Analysis at GE Aerospace since May 2025, focusing on the HPC Rotor Spool for GE90 and GP Turbofan Jet Engines. Prior to this role, Prawal held positions as a Senior Engineer - CAE at Newtrace, performing advanced structural and thermal analyses, and as a Lead Engineer at oorja, where expertise was applied in battery engineering for the automobile industry using simulation and machine learning. Prawal also contributed as an Application Engineer at COMSOL, Inc., leading numerous proof-of-concept projects in structural and multiphysics simulations. Early career experiences include internships and academic roles involving finite element analysis and mechanical engineering practices. Prawal holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.
