Susan Moley

Susan Moley is an experienced benefits and wellness executive with a strong background in healthcare strategy and compensation. Currently serving as the Head of North America Benefits for GE Aerospace, Susan has previously held senior roles at GE as Senior Executive Director of North America Benefits, Global Wellness & Medical, and at PepsiCo as Senior Director of Global Wellness, as well as Director roles in compensation and benefits. Other notable positions include Director of Benefits, Payroll & Systems at Brooks Brothers and Director of Benefits & Compensation at Nine West Group. Susan holds a degree from Iona University.
