Troy Frys

Troy Frys, CISSP, has valuable work experience in various roles and companies over the years. Troy started their career in the US Marine Corps, where they served as a Marine and later as a GySgt. After leaving the military, Troy joined Fannie Mae as a UNIX Administrator, where they led a team in planning, building, and maintaining financial modeling systems.

Troy then moved on to Verizon Business, where they held multiple roles, including Client Executive and Director of Information Technology. In these positions, they were responsible for managing the Remote Application Management aspect of a multi-million multi-year contract and overseeing day-to-day technology operations.

Troy also worked at Titan Technology Partners as a VP of Hosting Services, where they likely managed hosting services for clients. Troy then transitioned to Secure-24 as a Solutions Architect, focusing on managed hosting of enterprise-level applications and ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Their next position was at Terremark, a Verizon Company, as a Lead Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for customer service, delivery, and management of services for large-business, mid-tier, government, education, and wholesale customers.

Troy then joined MindStream Analytics as a VP of Technical Services, where they helped clients enable better decision-making through business intelligence and analytic tools. Their role involved guiding customers to solutions that enhance business modeling and provide better analysis and insight into their data.

Joining General Electric (GE), Troy began as a Senior Infrastructure Operations Architect, and later became a Principal IT Operations Specialist. In these roles, they played a pivotal role in architecting and implementing cloud operations for corporate finance IT applications migrating to Azure.

Most recently, Troy worked at GE Aerospace as a Principal Technical Program Manager, where they likely utilized their expertise in ITIL to manage technical programs effectively.

Throughout their career, Troy Frys has gained extensive experience across various industries, including finance, telecommunications, analytics, and aerospace. Troy has consistently demonstrated their skills in program/project management, system architecture, technical services, and cloud operations.

Troy Frys obtained a Master's degree in Information Management from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
