Principal Technical Program Manager - ITIL at GE Aerospace

Troy Frys, CISSP, has valuable work experience in various roles and companies over the years. Troy started their career in the US Marine Corps, where they served as a Marine and later as a GySgt. After leaving the military, Troy joined Fannie Mae as a UNIX Administrator, where they led a team in planning, building, and maintaining financial modeling systems.

Troy then moved on to Verizon Business, where they held multiple roles, including Client Executive and Director of Information Technology. In these positions, they were responsible for managing the Remote Application Management aspect of a multi-million multi-year contract and overseeing day-to-day technology operations.

Troy also worked at Titan Technology Partners as a VP of Hosting Services, where they likely managed hosting services for clients. Troy then transitioned to Secure-24 as a Solutions Architect, focusing on managed hosting of enterprise-level applications and ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Most recently, Troy worked at GE Aerospace as a Principal Technical Program Manager, where they likely utilized their expertise in ITIL to manage technical programs effectively.

Throughout their career, Troy Frys has gained extensive experience across various industries, including finance, telecommunications, analytics, and aerospace. Troy has consistently demonstrated their skills in program/project management, system architecture, technical services, and cloud operations.
