William Shepherd

William Shepherd started their work experience in 1991 as a Commissioned Aviator in the US Army. William served in the army until 2012. In 2004, they worked as a Battalion Commander, Executive Officer and Operations Officer at 2nd Battalion, 10th Aviation Regiment. From 2012 onwards, they joined GE Aerospace, where they held various roles including Sourcing Manager, Senior Product Manager for Power Conversion and Control, and Vice President of Electrical Power. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic planning, daily activities, and oversight of teams in areas such as engineering development, operations, sales, and finance. William ensured timely delivery and quality of products to major customers with multi-million dollar annual sales.

William Shepherd earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completing their studies between 1986 and 1991. Later, in 2002-2003, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management at Webster University.
