Adam Nallenweg has a diverse work experience in finance-related roles. Adam started their career as a Financial Analyst/Accounting Intern at ArcelorMittal in 2008, where they gained problem-solving and analytical skills. Adam then interned at Motorola in 2009 as a Procurement Finance Intern, where they demonstrated leadership skills and gained experience in purchasing. Adam joined O-I in 2010 as part of the Financial Leadership Development Program. Adam worked at Stanley Black & Decker as a Senior Cost Analyst from 2012 to 2014, where they managed inventory, developed financial models, and analyzed employee time sheets. Adam then worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Baxalta from 2014 to 2016. Following that, they were a Finance Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Adam holds the position of Senior Director of Finance at GE Appliances, a Haier company, where they oversee the cooking and dishwasher departments.

Adam Nallenweg earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2010. Adam later pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, graduating in 2013 from the same institution.
