Alex James

Alex James has a diverse work experience in the engineering and program management fields. Alex started their career at General Electric - Appliances in 2006, where they completed the Edison Engineering Development Program and gained technical expertise in various appliance product lines. During this time, they also worked as a Co-Op, providing technical support for new product development and advanced systems development. Alex then joined GE Appliances, a Haier company, in 2011 and held positions as a Lead Design Engineer and Lead Program Engineer in the Clothes Care division. In 2019, they became a Principal Program Manager, leading domestic and international teams to develop innovative designs and meet stakeholder deliverables. Currently, they are the Program Director for the GE Profile UltraFast Combo with Ventless Heat Pump Technology, responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams and successfully launching the product. In addition to their work in the appliance industry, they also briefly worked as a MET at Red Bull. Overall, Alex James has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction throughout their work experience.

Alex James earned a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville, completing their studies from 2004 to 2009.
