Andrea Pollard

Andi Pollard has a diverse work experience primarily focused on human resources and legal roles. Andrea (Andi) is currently the Director of Human Resources at GE Appliances, a Haier company. Prior to this, they held positions such as Senior HR Manager and Lead HR Manager at the same company. Before joining GE Appliances, Andi was the Director of People Operations at Teespring. Andrea (Andi) also worked as an HR Business Partner at NeuStar, Inc. and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Manager at Zappos Fulfillment Centers, Inc. Andrea (Andi) began their career at Zappos.com as a Human Resources Supervisor and later became a Human Resources Generalist. Andi also has legal experience, having worked as an Attorney at Pollard & Bowles PLLC.

Andrea (Andi) Pollard, JD, SPHR completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish at Mercer University from 1987 to 1991. Andrea (Andi) later pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at the University of Louisville from 1992 to 1995. In 1995, Andi obtained their legal certification and became a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. In 2012, they also earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
