Jackeline Morales-Trice has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Jackeline began their career at PDVSA Petrochemical Division in 1997, where they worked as an Engineer Senior Technician and later as a Maintenance Planner and Cost Control Analyst until 2003. In 2006, they joined GE - Roper Corporation as a Co-op, and eventually became a Design Engineer and later a Design Manager in the New Product Introduction department. In 2014, they moved to GE Appliances as a Design Leader for Electric Cooking until 2015. Jackeline then joined GE Appliances, a Haier company, in 2015 and has held multiple roles including COE for Features & Appearance Cooking Products, Senior Principal AME Finishes, and currently as the Cost of Quality Director for Cooking Products.

Jackeline Morales-Trice holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Zulia. Jackeline also completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University in 2007 and later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, which they obtained in 2009. In addition to their academic background, Jackeline has obtained certifications in Advanced BigQuery and Learning BigQuery from LinkedIn. Jackeline has also achieved a DFSS Green Belt certification, although the institution and year of obtaining it are not specified.
