Kelly Roggenkamp has extensive work experience in various industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics. Starting in 1991, they worked as a Supervisor at Brown-Forman for three years. Kelly then transitioned to the role of Cement Logistics Manager at Southdown and Essroc from 1986 to 1999. In 2001, they joined Ford Motor Company as a Senior Industrial Engineer specializing in Six Sigma Black Belt. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Humana as a Process Quality Engineer and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
